Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and assessing customer needs, proposing effective solutions;
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders;
- Coordinating and controlling project resources and budget;
- Organizing teamwork and ensuring timely task completion;
- Managing project documentation and maintaining general documentation.
YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
- Higher education in IT, programming, or business management;
- Understanding of the IT industry and interest in IT innovations;
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle;
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Product Manager in IT;
- Experience in managing or implementing IT projects;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.);
- Experience working with JIRA;
- Strong motivation for continuous improvement and learning.
- Knowledge of the Russian language.
