WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER
We are looking for an OFFICE MANAGER to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
WE ARE EXPECTING FROM YOU:
- managing incoming inquiries, phone calls, and emails;
- communicating with stakeholders;
- preparing letters, presentations, and reports;
- addressing employees’ queries regarding office management issues;
- scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and business trips;
- providing general support to visitors(coffee, tea, etc.);
- procuring office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper inventory levels;
- dealing with other administrative and organizational tasks.
YOU WILL BE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
- good business writing skills;
- at least one year of experience in records management;
- fluent in Lithuanian and Russian (written and spoken);
- good proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, in particular);
- excellent communication skills;
- responsibility, flexibility;
- strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
