WE ARE EXPECTING FROM YOU:
- investigating new business channels for the company based on market analysis and customer needs;
- identifying opportunities for the development of the applications of the company’s products and conceptualizing new derivative products;
- making proposals for modifying existing products based on market trends and customer needs;
- technological supervision of newly developed products;
- accomplishing department objectives by managing a team of 13 employees;
- planning and evaluating department activities;
- records management assigned to the position;
- establishing necessary connections with potential clients, and facilitating the process up to the point of sale;
- develop and submit regular reports on the department’s activity to the company management;
- performing duties as assigned.
YOU WILL BE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
- a BA or MA in Economics or Business Management or equivalent
- experience in managing and supervising people (at least two years);
- experience in business development planning
- a strong command of English, Lithuanian, and Russian languages.
