Responsibilities:
- Develop the company’s development strategy (market analysis, competitors, marketing, etc.).
- Analyze the ongoing processes and promptly resolve issues in the production process.
- Monitor adherence to the budget for the company and its divisions.
- Study financial indicators to make management decisions and develop measures to reduce expenses.
- Develop strategic and operational plans for the economic and production activities of the organization.
- Monitor the implementation of the developed plans for the entire company and the individual divisions and departments.
- Develop measures to expand sales markets and increase sales volumes.
- Manage employees in your department (recruitment, training, and motivation).
- Monitor the effective use of resources.
- Manage sales (plan execution, business process development, department management, motivation, KPI development, accounting, and automation).
- Develop and implement pricing and marketing policies.
- Organize logistics (warehouses, delivery, packaging, etc.) and production processes.
Professional knowledge and skills:
- Professional knowledge and skills in budgeting.
- Ability to regulate the movement of finished products within and outside the company.
- The basics of human resource management.
- Ability to find sales channels.

Requirements:
- Experience in managerial positions for at least three years.
- Higher education in economics and finance. (Higher education in technical studies can also be considered.).
- Experience in building and managing a sales department.
- Strong knowledge of advertising and marketing.
- Negotiation and sales experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in business process automation, especially sales.
- Experience in the banking industry.
