- experience in B2B marketing (at least five years);
- experience in managing and supervising people: Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Marketing Team Lead (at least two years);
- experience in IT- industry / Consulting;
- strong analytical skills and planning mindset;
- experience with an account-based marketing system is a strong advantage;
- ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment;
- a strong command of both English and Russian languages.

- developing the Marketing Strategy based on the company goals;
