CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

WE NEED A CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER!

To organize the work of structural units that are part of the subordinate departments;
To plan and distribute work tasks among subordinates, monitor the execution of these tasks, and demand their completion on time and with high quality;
To ensure high quality of services provided by subordinate units;
To participate in projects related to the company’s service and make proposals to improve work processes;
To draft and negotiate contracts (lease, purchase and sale, repair, and maintenance of banking equipment);
To ensure compliance with the ISO/IEC 20000-1 requirements;
To monitor contracts’ implementation, where the department is the leading performer (8 countries);
To participate in the company’s IT infrastructure development strategy creation;
To ensure all documentation is clear and concise and Update process documents regularly;
To monitor and assess the work performance of the department by measuring KPIs.

BA or MA in Economics or Technology or equivalent;
Experience in managing and supervising people (at least three years);
Experience in IT, technology, Fintech;
Experience in organizing and addressing service, installation, repair, and development of the banking equipment network (ATMs, payment terminals, EFTPOS terminals, electronic safes, automatic postal devices, etc.;
A strong command of English and Russian languages.
