Responsibilities:
- Define tasks and ensure they are completed on time;
- Design and implement functionality, develop prototypes, and design interfaces in collaboration with relevant departments;
- Prioritize and align backlogs with business stakeholders and related teams;
- Manage Product development at all stages, from pilots to large-scale rollouts;
- Develop and implement short- and long-term Product strategies;
- Propose and justify technical and business decisions or changes;
- Write user documentation and release notes;
- Set up analytics and monitor key product metrics.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Translate user journeys into technical requirements and specifications;
- Understand project management methodologies and IT project specifics;
- Familiarity with enterprise system architectures;
- Experience in monetization strategy and unit economics calculation;
- Create and manage product roadmaps;
- Handle functional design and backlog management;
- Manage teams and Agile/Scrum development processes;
- Experience with documentation, data visualization, reporting, analytics, market and competitor research, and functionality analysis;
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Build dashboards, panels, and analytical tools for product teams;
- Understand principles of defining and building an MVP.
