Main responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to company offices across Europe and CIS, ensuring compliance with local laws;
- Advise management on legal risks and support business operations;
- Represent the company before courts and regulatory authorities;
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with partners, clients, and suppliers;
- Lead and develop the legal team;
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including data protection regulations;
- Manage intellectual property matters and innovation protection;
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and adapt business activities accordingly;
- Conduct legal audits and review internal policies and documentation;
- Provide legal guidance to senior management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international company;
- Strong knowledge of international corporate and commercial law;
- Higher legal education;
- Experience managing legal teams and cross-border projects;
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Lithuanian;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions in complex situations;
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in an international environment.
