Main responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights;
- Automate reporting processes and improve data pipelines in collaboration with data engineers;
- Work cross-functionally to define key metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making;
- Interpret and visualize complex datasets for both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Apply machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI algorithms to solve business problems.
Requirements and skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a BI role;
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases;
- Solid business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Fluency in Russian and English.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning;
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML models (e.g., forecasting, clustering, classification);
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial data (e.g., GDPR, PSD2);
- Experience in fintech or financial services.
