• BA or MA in Economics or Technology or equivalent;
  • Experience in managing and supervising people (at least three years);
  • Experience in IT, technology, Fintech;
  • Experience in organizing and addressing service, installation, repair, and development of the banking equipment network (ATMs, payment terminals, EFTPOS terminals, electronic safes, automatic postal devices, etc.;
  • A strong command of English and Russian languages.

  • To organize the work of structural units that are part of the subordinate departments;
  • To plan and distribute work tasks among subordinates, monitor the execution of these tasks, and demand their completion on time and with high quality;
  • To ensure high quality of services provided by subordinate units;
  • To participate in projects related to the company's service and make proposals to improve work processes;
  • To draft and negotiate contracts (lease, purchase and sale, repair, and maintenance of banking equipment);
  • To ensure compliance with the ISO/IEC 20000-1 requirements;
  • To monitor contracts' implementation, where the department is the leading performer (8 countries);
  • To participate in the company's IT infrastructure development strategy creation;
  • To ensure all documentation is clear and concise and Update process documents regularly;
  • To monitor and assess the work performance of the department by measuring KPIs.
